Weather Additive formulations will cure down to minus 15 degrees
F. The cure time is under two hours making this system the ideal,
cost effective solution for protecting freezers, coolers or any
place in an extremely cold environment.
Standard systems cure down to 24 degrees F.

1) Primers/Sealers
- Consist of One Coat

Sealers prevent dusting, promote cleanability,
and saturate porous substrates. Sealers are suitable for concrete
that is in good condition on a smooth, sound concrete surface. |

2) Coatings
- Consist of Primer and One or
Two Clear or Pigmented Coats
- R51, R61, R71, RU727
|
Coatings protect against abrasion, chemical attack
and moderate traffic. Increases wear resistance of floor. Can
provide uniform color and texture and fill and smooth minor surface
irregularities. |

3) Self Leveling Slurry
- Consists of Primer, Body Coat
and One or More Top Coats
- R61, R71, RU747
|
Self-Leveling Slurry is for light industrial environments,
repair of minor surface defects and to protect against chemicals.
SL Slurry is trowel applied to repair and resurface textured
concrete. Provides conditional protection against impact and
high point loads. |

4) Self Leveling
- Consists of Primer, Body Coat
and One or More Top coats
- R61, R61HW, RU747

Self-Leveling is a medium duty overlay for surface
spalling, exposed aggregate, re-establishing elevations, leveling
and resurfacing of exposed aggregate surfaces and damaged concrete. |

5) Trowelable Color Quartz
- Consists of a Primer and Body
Coat
- R7, R8, R17
|
Trowelable color quartz is a functional floor system
for heavily damaged concrete areas or where heavy mechanical
or thermal shock conditions exist. |

6) Troweled Mortar
- Consists of a Primer and Body
Coat
- R7, R8, R17
|
Troweled mortar is for heavy industrial use. It
can withstand heavy mechanical abuse and heavy loading. |

7) Filled Mortar
- Consists of a Primer and Body
Coat
- R17, R17LM
|
Filled mortar can be screeded to fill large potholes,
slopes to drains and/or where thick sections are required. Filled
mortar can be surfaced with any of our other Systems. |

8) Top Coat
- R71 clear or pigmented,
RU727 pigmented
|
A Top Coat is required for systems 2 - 5. R71 clear
or pigmented may be used, or, RU727 pigmented. Top coat for systems
6 & 7 is optional. |
